She is kind and approachable, while also providing us with her honest, candid opinion on the dozens of homes we navigated during a crazy time in the housing market. Her eye for details is unmatched in our experience working with multiple realtors in the past. Her knowledge of the area and attention to detail allows her to ask the important questions so that no stone is unturned. For example, Lauren went out of her way to re-evaluate our current home after our initial offer was accepted. She noticed that the south end of the backyard had some minor drainage issues. She promptly called three landscaping companies. They surveyed the landscaping and provided quotes on the work. This allowed her to negotiate several thousand dollars off the initial offer. She was available at most hours of the day, which helped with our busy schedule. She truly had our best interest at heart. She offered to go the extra distance in arranging for home inspectors, electricians, chimney sweeps, painters, and landscapers to evaluate our property to help address our concerns. We never felt additional external pressure to increase our offers outside what we were comfortable with. We’ve had no sudden surprises since our purchase and are still ecstatic with our purchase. We are so thankful to have found such a fantastic realtor.
